How To Connect Outlook 365 Email to Event Temple

Connect your Outlook 365 email to Event Temple to send, receive, and track messages directly in the app using OAuth. Learn setup steps, admin approval requirements, and troubleshooting tips for a secure Microsoft integration.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Settings > Personal > Email

  2. Click Disconnect Email (if already connected)

  3. Select My own email provider

  4. Enter your email address and click Authorize

  5. Sign in with your Microsoft 365/Outlook credentials

Shared Email Warning โš ๏ธ

Only the first user who connects a shared inbox will receive replies in Event Temple. To avoid missing emails, each user should connect their own address.


Notes:

  • Admin approval for OAuth is required to avoid IMAP/SMTP prompts.

  • Exchange or custom email users will need SMTP and IMAP details from IT.

  • Replies appear in both Event Temple and Outlook, and emails sent from Event Temple appear in your Outlook Sent folder.

  • You can forward emails to Event Temple to create or link to Bookings.
