Procedure:
It's possible to forward emails from your email address to Event Temple using the BCC & Forwarding function. This will create a new Booking with the Contact's name & email only. If an existing Booking exists, the email will automatically be logged under the corresponding Booking inside Event Temple.
It's possible to use an Email Parser and Zapier to forward new inquiries such as a third-party inquiry form, along with any other information (eg date, guest numbers, special requests).
