Email Delivery Status & Failed Emails Visibility

Failed emails in Event Temple are visible across email activity views using a ⚠️ icon. This article explains where to find them in bookings, contacts, accounts, and the Emails tab, plus how to view error details and common failure reasons.

All failed emails in Event Temple are identified using an orange warning icon (⚠️). This icon indicates the email did not successfully send and is the primary indicator of delivery failure across the platform.


To View Failed Emails in Event Temple

Failed emails can be reviewed in several areas depending on where the email was sent from.


Emails Section

Go to:

  • Mail → Sent

This view includes email activity from:

  • Bookings

  • Contacts

  • Accounts

  • Organization-wide emails


Within Records

Failed emails can also be found inside individual records:

  • Booking → Emails tab

  • Contact → Emails section

  • Account → Emails section

Hovering over the ⚠️ icon reveals the failure reason and any available error details returned by the email provider.

Activity List Report

You can review email activity via:

  • Reports → Activity List

Filter by:

  • Activity Type: Emails

  • Date Range

  • User (optional)

This view supports general email tracking but does not isolate failed emails.


Notes

  • The ⚠️ icon is the system-wide indicator for failed emails

  • Failed emails are visible within standard email activity views

  • No dedicated “failed emails” report or dashboard exists
