Answer:

Occasionally an email will fail to send with the following error (although the Error ID will be different)

Failed with the following error: An internal error occurred. If this issue persists, please contact support and copy/paste this request_uid:

This error is sent from your email provider through to Event Temple.

It is often due to sending an email with an invalid attachment/file type. See this list of the file types currently accepted. If the file type is not listed, please attempt to resend the email without the attachment, or convert the attachment to a valid file type.
