Email Settings Overview

The Email page in Event Temple allows you to manage your connected email account, signature, and related email settings.

Email Provider

In the Email Provider section, you can view details about the email account connected to Event Temple.

  • Send email through: Displays the connected email provider.

  • Provider: Lists the current email provider (for example, Google).

  • Email Address: Shows the connected email address.

  • Sender Name: Displays the name that appears on outgoing emails.

  • Disconnect: Use this option to disconnect your connected email account.

All sent and received emails are stored for a duration of two years before being permanently deleted.

Email Signature

The Email Signature section displays the default signature that appears at the end of your outgoing messages.
You can click Edit to update the content of your signature, including text, links, and images.

BCC & Forwarding

This section shows your BCC and forwarding email address, which allows you to automatically copy or forward email correspondence.

  • Click Edit to modify the forwarding settings.

  • The page also displays a Booking Stage field, which is set to None by default.

Other Settings

In Other Settings, you can adjust additional email preferences.

  • Daily email limit: Displays your sending limit.

  • Track email opens: A checkbox allows you to enable or disable open tracking.
