Answer:
BCC & Forwarding addresses are generated when a New User is created based off of the initial email address. Once they have been created, they cannot be adjusted (however it will still work.) When Users leave it is best practice to Deactivate the old User and create a new one; rather than editing the old User to avoid this issue.
Important! Only Admin Users can manage Users within the Organization.
