Overview
The GRC displays a list of bookings with their:
Name (booking or event name)
Status (Lead, Tentative, or Definite)
Arrival Date
Source (Blocked or Pickup)
Daily Room Night Data
Total Nights, Revenue, and Average Daily Rate (ADR)
This data helps teams manage blocked rooms, track actual pickup, and analyze booking revenue trends.
Available Filters
You can refine the displayed data using the filters at the top of the page:
Occupancy Date Range – Select the time frame for which you want to view bookings.
Room and Revenue Source – Choose to include data from Blocked Rooms, Pickup Rooms, or both.
Group Status – Filter to show groups with a status of Lead, Tentative, or Definite.
GRC Settings
Under GRC Settings, you can customize what information appears in the table:
Include Account Market Segment – Displays the market segment linked to each account (optional).
Include Revenue Total – Shows the total revenue column.
Include Group Status – Displays the booking status for each group.
Include Average Daily Rate (ADR) – Adds ADR figures to the table.
Include Nights Total – Displays total room nights for each booking.
Tick or untick boxes to adjust what you see in real time.
How to Use the GRC Table
Review bookings listed under Name and confirm their Status.
Check the Arrival Date to identify the booking timeline.
Use the Source column to differentiate between blocked and picked-up rooms.
View daily room pickup across the selected date range in the matrix.
Review totals at the far right for:
Nights (sum of occupied nights)
Revenue (total monetary value)
ADR (average daily rate per room)
Exporting GRC Data
To share or analyze the data externally:
Click the “Export As” button in the top right corner.
Choose your preferred export format (for example, Excel or CSV).
The system will generate a file containing all visible GRC data, including filters and display settings applied.
Tips for Best Use
Use the date range filter to narrow down to specific event weeks or months.
Include ADR and Revenue for financial tracking reports.
Use Blocked vs. Pickup views to measure conversion efficiency.
Export regularly for revenue meetings or performance tracking.
