Step 1: Open the Room Block List Report
From the left-hand sidebar, select Reports.
Choose Room Blocks from the available report options.
The page will display all active Room Blocks with default filters applied.
Step 2: Apply Filters
Click Add Filter at the top of the page.
Select Arrival Date or Departure Date to define your reporting period.
Example: Arrival Date = May 1 – May 31, 2025
Add any additional filters to refine your data, such as:
Booking Status = Definite
Room Block Status = Definite or Tentative
These filters ensure your report includes only the groups relevant to your analysis.
Step 3: Customize Columns
Click the Columns button in the top-right corner.
Review the Selected Columns list and ensure key revenue metrics are visible:
Blocked (Number of rooms blocked)
Pickup (Number of rooms picked up)
Blocked Revenue
Pickup Revenue
Net Revenue
To rearrange columns:
Hover over a column name.
Click and hold the six-dot icon (⋮⋮) beside it.
Drag it up or down to adjust the order.
Click Apply to update your view.
Step 4: Export the Report
Once your filters and columns are set, click Export in the top-right corner.
Choose CSV as the export format.
Open the exported file in your preferred spreadsheet program (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Step 5: Calculate Total Room Revenue
In your exported file:
Find the Pickup Revenue or Blocked Revenue column.
Use your spreadsheet’s SUM function to calculate the total.
Example:
=SUM(E2:E50)to total all values in the Pickup Revenue column.
💡 Example:
If you filtered for May 2025 and summed the Pickup Revenue column, the total will show the actualized room revenue for all groups arriving that month.

Finance Teams: Calculate monthly or quarterly room revenue from group business.
Sales Managers: Track conversion from blocked to picked-up rooms.
Revenue Managers: Compare blocked versus pickup revenue to measure forecast accuracy.

Save your customized version of the report by clicking Save View → Save as New, so you can quickly access the same filters and columns next time.
