The Group Pace Report provides a clear snapshot of your blocked or pickup (actual) room nights for a selected date range. By comparing current room numbers, revenue, and ADR against your budget, last year's bookings, and last year's actuals, this report gives you the visibility needed to track progress and stay on target.

How to Generate the Group Pace Report
Click on Reports in the left navigation tab
Click on Group Pace
Optional: Adjust your Filters
Year / Booking Status / Market Segments
Click Export As
Select HTML or PDF
Click Save
Select Download

Important Considerations
Nights Column Logic: Displays either Pickup or Blocked values depending on the Group's departure date:
Past Departure Dates: Displays Pickup values if greater than 0; otherwise, defaults to Blocked values.
Future Departure Dates: Always displays Blocked values.
Definite Status Required: Pickup (Actuals) only includes data from Groups set to Definite status.
Budget Entry: A budget must be configured in the system for variance calculations to display.
Export Options: Exports are currently restricted to HTML or PDF formats. To work with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel/CSV), copy the contents directly from the HTML report.
