Answer
Although there is no way to batch Archive Document Templates. This can be a quick easy process from the Document Templates Tab.
Go to the Templates Tab
Choose Document Templates
You can then Archive using the buttons on the right hand side of each Template.
You can view Archived Templates by ensuring the "Show Archive" slide bar in the top right is toggled to the right.
