Archiving Document Templates

Archiving Documents Templates is an alternative to permanently deleting Documents Templates. It allows you to remove Document Templates from your list, but retain the ability to access them again in the future if needed.

  1. Select Settings on the left-hand side

  2. Under Templates & Files, Click on Document Templates

  3. Locate the Document Template you wish to archive and click the Archive button on the right-hand side of the list

  4. When prompted, click Archive to confirm

Unarchiving Document Templates

If you can't find a Document Template, it's possible it was archived. Follow these steps to review archived templates and unarchive them if needed.

  1. Select Settings on the left-hand side

  2. Under Templates & Files, click on Document Templates

  3. At the top of the page click the Show Archived toggle

    • Archived Templates will be checked under the Archive Column

  4. Hover over the Document Template you wish to unarchive and click the Unarchive button on the right-hand side of the list

  5. Click on the Unarchive button on the right-hand side of the list

  6. When prompted, click Unarchive to confirm

Permanently Delete Document Templates

This cannot be undone, so be sure before you delete it!

  1. Select Settings on the left-hand side

  2. Under Templates & Files, click on Document Templates

  3. Click on the name of the Document Template

  4. Select the Actions drop-down on the top-right of the Template

  5. Click on Delete

  6. When prompted, click OK to confirm
