If the download times out or doesn't work, it could be because of low space on your computer or large image sizes uploaded into the Document:
Free up disk space on your computer, this will increase processing speed. Your organizations IT team can help with this.
Reduce the size of any large images. Adjust the size of the images you have saved
on your computer and then re-upload them into the Document. You can still customize the visual size of the images after in the Image Document Element.
