How do I Retry Sending a Failed Email?

Failed email in Event Temple? Learn how to retry sending and what the exclamation mark next to your sent emails means.

Failed emails are visible from the Emails Tab. From here it is easy to retry sending the Emails. First, ensure your email is connected:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Under Personal Settings, Click Email

    1. If your email is not connected, follow these steps to Connect it

To Resend an email:

  1. Click on the Mail tab

  2. Click Sent Emails

  3. Look for the Emails with exclamation mark indicating it did not send

  4. Click the arrow drop down to the right of the Email

  5. Click Retry
