How do I send out an email to my entire contact list?
Procedure:
It's possible to mass email directly from the Booking List or Pipeline using existing Email Templates. If you do not already have an Email Template built, this can be done in Settings.
Click on Bookings on the left-hand side
From the Booking List or Pipeline
Select the relevant Filters
Bulk select the relevant Bookings using the checkbox next to each item (or Bulk Select using the checkbox at the top of the list)
Click on the 'Select Bulk Action' Dropdown,
Select Send Bulk Email
Choose your Email Template
When ready, click Send
Additional Information:
Currently batch actions on Bookings, such as sending a mass email work 'per page' therefore the action will need to be repeated on each page.
The mass email is sent to the Primary Contact on the Booking.
