Event Temple Subscription

View your subscription, pay invoices, update billing info, and download receipts—all in one place.

You can manage your Event Temple subscription—including billing details, payment methods, and activated features—under the Subscription section in your account.

⚠️ You must be an Administrator to access subscription and billing settings.

If you don’t see these options, contact your account admin.


How to Access Subscription Settings

From Profile

  1. Click the name of any Admin user in the top-right corner of Event Temple

  2. Select Subscription (or Subscriptions) from the dropdown

  3. On this page, you’ll see a list of features included in your current plan

From Settings

Reach the Subscription page from your Settings, under Organization->Subscription

Chain

If you part of a Chain and you would like to see all, go to your Chain settings and you'll find a refreshed Organizations view that lists every organization in your group alongside their individual subscription details.

For each property you'll be able to see the billing period and access a direct link to Stripe to update the credit card on file. Whether you have two hotels or twenty, everything is visible at a glance.

Each property has its own Stripe link, so you can update payment details for individual organizations independently.

Manage Billing & Payments

To manage the Subscription details such as billing details and payment click the Manage Subscription button on Subscription Settings page

The Subscription page provides an overview of:

  • Your Current Subscription: View your plan details and status.

  • Next Billing Date: See when your next payment is scheduled. This is your 'renewal date' as well.

  • Payment Methods: Manage your saved credit cards or payment accounts.

  • Billing Information: Update the details that appear on your invoices, including:

    • Name: The company or organization name you want displayed on the invoice.

    • Email: The recipient for invoices (ideally a monitored inbox, such as your accounting team).

    • Billing Address: Your registered physical address.

    • Tax ID (optional): Your business tax identification number.

  • Invoice History: A record of all previous charges and downloadable receipts.

Remember to keep this data up to date.


Make a Payment

If an invoice is unpaid:

  1. Go to Invoice History via Manage My Subscription

  2. Click the Open icon beside the due invoice

  3. Click Pay to open the payment page

  4. Complete the transaction via Stripe

📩 You’ll also receive invoice emails with direct payment links.


Update Billing Email

In Manage My Subscription:

  1. Scroll to the Billing Email section

  2. Click Update Information

  3. Enter the new email address

  4. Click Save


Update Your Credit Card

  1. In Manage Subscription, find the Payment Method section

  2. Remove the old card, set a default card or click to +Add Payment Method

  3. Save your changes


Cancel Your Subscription

Please email support@eventtemple.com or contact us via in-app chat. Our team will help guide you through the cancellation process.
