When you cancel your Event Temple subscription, your account is archived and we don’t retain customer data indefinitely. We perform regular database cleanups for canceled accounts, so canceled accounts should not be expected to remain accessible.
What this means for you
Access is no longer available after cancellation. Once canceled, your account is archived and your data becomes inaccessible.
Export your data before canceling. Please download or export anything you might need later, as archived accounts cannot be accessed.
Future access isn’t guaranteed. Previously stored data may no longer be available even if you sign up again.
