The Sidebar is how you access everything in Event Temple. It’s divided into two sections:
Main – your day-to-day tools
Other – settings, help, and extras
You’ll find the Sidebar on the left-hand side of your screen.
Customizing the Sidebar
Click the ⚙️ (cog icon) to customize which items appear in your Main Menu
Click the ☰ (menu icon) to collapse or expand the Sidebar

Quick snapshot of New Bookings, Upcoming Bookings, and Your Tasks
📅 Calendars
Multiple calendar views to suit your workflow:
Calendar – all Groups, Events & Bookings in one calendar
Event Diary – view Space availability
GRC – (for Groups users) shows group room blocks & revenue
Task Calendar – displays Tasks by day, week, or month

Foundations that hold your Events:
Booking List – customizable list view
Booking Pipeline – visual overview of your sales stages
🎉 Events
Individual components of a Booking. This is a customizable list of all Events.
👥 Groups
Track Room Blocks tied to a Booking (only for organizations using Groups)
🧑 Contacts
Your Guests. View, filter, and manage individual Contacts.
🏢 Accounts
Corporate entities your Contacts belong to.
✅ Tasks
Your sales activities or follow-ups (a.k.a. “traces” in hospitality).
Your inbox within Event Temple. See all sent and received emails.
📄 Documents
Create and manage Proposals, BEOs, Group Resumes, and more.
💳 Invoices
Send detailed invoices, set payment schedules, and take payments via Stripe.
📈 Reports
Run pre-built or custom reports on your data.
