The Sidebar is how you access everything in Event Temple. It’s divided into two sections:
Main – your day-to-day tools
Settings – organization settings, templates, custom options
You’ll find the Sidebar on the left-hand side of your screen.

📅 Calendars: Multiple calendar views to suit your workflow:
Booking Calendar (all groups, events, and bookings)
Event Diary (space availability)
GRC (for Groups users: group room blocks and revenue)
Task Calendar (tasks by day, week, or month)
📘 Bookings:
Bookings: Manage bookings through Booking List and Booking Pipeline (sales stage overview).
Events: View and manage individual event components in a customizable list.
Room Blocks: Track room blocks tied to bookings (Groups users only).
Documents: Create and manage proposals, BEOs, group resumes, and more.
Invoices: Send invoices, manage payment schedules, and accept payments via Stripe.
🧑 Contacts: View, filter, and manage individual guest contacts.
🏢 Accounts: Manage corporate entities linked to your contacts.
✅ Tasks: Track sales activities and follow-ups.
📬 Mail: Access your inbox within Event Temple for sent and received emails.
🔄 Automations: Create and manage workflows that save time by automating repetitive tasks.
📈 Reports: Run pre-built or custom reports to analyze your data.
