You can hide pricing for menu items (line items) on BEOs and other documents by editing the document element.
⚠️ Please note: Pricing cannot be hidden on Invoices. Invoice line item pricing will always display.
Hide Pricing on a Single Document
Open the document and click Edit.
Select the Menu Item / Line Item Document Element.
Click the edit icon on the element.
In the Components section, uncheck Price (under the List Item column).
Click Apply.
Click Save.
The price will no longer display on that document.
Hide Pricing on All Future Documents (Using a Template)
If you'd like pricing hidden on all future BEOs or similar documents:
Open the relevant Document Template.
Edit the Menu Item / Line Item Document Element.
Uncheck Price in the Components section.
Click Apply, then Save the template.
Any new document created from that template will have pricing hidden.
Additional Customization
You can also remove other components from appearing in the document element, such as:
Subtotal
Taxes
Simply deselect them in the same Components section and click Apply.
