Learn how to customize your document templates and individual documents to hide individual menu item pricing while keeping the overall package price visible.
How to Hide Packaged Item Pricing
You can adjust these settings at the template level so they apply automatically, or update them directly on an individual document.
1. Open Your Document Template
Navigate to Settings → Document Templates.
Select the document template you wish to edit (e.g., Banquet Event Order, Group Resume).
2. Configure the "Menu Items" Element
In the template editor, click the Menu Items section (which displays food, beverage, and rental items).
Look at the configuration panel on the right side of the screen.
Scroll down to the Packages section.
3. Enable Price Hiding
Check Show packages to unlock the package display options.
Select Hide packaged item pricing.
Note: This setting removes the individual item prices inside the package while continuing to display the overall package name and total price (if enabled).
