Can I Batch-Update Menu Items on a Booking?

Procedure:

This is available from the Booking Summary. From here, you can batch update:

  • Description

  • Name

  • Quantity

  • Serving Time

  • Price & Tax Included Price

  1. Access the Booking that has Menu Items associated with it

  2. Click on the Menu Items Sub-tab on the Booking Summary screen

  3. Select the Menu items using the checkbox on the left-hand side

  4. Click Select Batch Action

  5. Select Update

  6. Click Apply

  7. Select the Field you'd like to Update

  8. Enter the new value

  9. Click Save

  10. Make the changes you desire

  11. Click Save

Important Considerations:

This change is reflected only on this Booking, for the selected Menu Items. If the same Items have been used on other Bookings, they will not be affected.
