How Do I Batch Update Menu Items?

The Batch Actions tool allows you to update multiple Menu Items at once — saving time when adjusting pricing, taxes, or categorization.

To Batch Update Menu Items

  1. Go to Settings → Menu Items.

  2. Use the filters or search bar to narrow your list (e.g., by Menu or Sub-Menu).

  3. Select the checkboxes beside the Menu Items you want to update.

    • To select all items on the page, click the top checkbox beside “Name.”

  4. Click the Batch Actions button at the top of the list.

  5. Choose the update you want to perform:

    • Change Revenue Category

    • Change Menu or Sub-Menu

    • Change Taxes

    • Archive

    • Unarchive

    • Delete

  6. Make your selection and confirm.

  7. Your updates will apply to all selected Menu Items immediately.


Notes

  • Use filters (Menu, Sub-Menu, or Archived status) before performing bulk actions to ensure accuracy.

  • Batch updates are permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Archiving removes items from active menus but keeps them available for future reactivation.

  • Updating taxes or categories will apply to future use of the Menu Item — existing Bookings or Events will not be retroactively updated.


💡 Pro Tip: Export your Menu Items list before running large updates as a quick backup reference (use the Export button at the top of the page).
