This means you used the Event Temple email provider & the assigned email address to your user when emailing the guest.
Each Event Temple user has a dedicated Event Temple email address connected which you can immediately send & receive emails through.
This email allows you to send emails directly from Event Temple. If a customer responds, it will send it to the email address you log into Event Temple with, but it will not sync to Event Temple. You can be assured the guest will receive your replies, based on the 'reply-to' email address.
As most users prefer to send & receive emails to guests via their professional email address, we have an email integration that allows users to connect to a third-party email address such as Gmail & Office365.
