Why are Replies From Guests Showing from notifications@eventtemplemail.com?

Replies showing as "notification" instead of the guest's name? It means you’re using Event Temple’s email provider, not your own.

If replies from guests show as coming from notifications@eventtemplemail.com instead of the guest's name, this means you used the Event Temple email provider when sending the original email.

Each Event Temple user has a unique, dedicated email address connected to their account, allowing you to send and receive emails directly from Event Temple. If a guest replies, the email is sent to the email address you log into Event Temple with but won’t sync back to Event Temple.

However, if you prefer using your professional email address, we offer an email integration feature. This lets you connect third-party accounts like Gmail or Office365 to send and receive emails from within Event Temple, ensuring replies come from your professional address.
