How do I Connect my Outlook 365 Email to Event Temple?

Procedure:

  1. Select Settings from the Menu

  2. Under Personal settings, Click Email

  3. Select Disconnect Email (to disconnect you from the Event Temple email)

  4. Select My own email provider

  5. Enter your email address

  6. Click Authorize

  7. Sign in using your email Credentials

Note: For Exchange or Independent email providers, You will also need your SMTP and IMAP information from your IT team to connect your email.

Additional Information:

  • If you receive 535 5.0.0 Authentication Failed message, click here

  • If your organization has settings that needs to approve apps / admin approval, follow the steps here.

  • Replies from emails sent from Event Temple will come to both Event Temple & Outlook

  • Emails sent from Event Temple will also appear in your 'sent' folder in Outlook

  • It's also possible to forward emails to Event Temple from Outlook to create new Bookings, or add the email to existing Bookings using Event Temple's BCC and Forwarding email.
