Can Emails Going to Our Email Address Be Synced with Event Temple?

Event Temple only syncs replies to emails sent from within a Booking. Emails sent externally or not linked to a Booking won’t sync. Forwarding from your email account or using unique addresses per user ensures replies are captured.

Event Temple syncs emails selectively, depending on how they are sent and associated with Contacts or Bookings. Alternatively, you can forward emails from your Email Provider to Event Temple.


Sync Behaviour

  • Synced: Replies to emails sent from Event Temple within a Booking will sync to that Booking.

  • Not Synced:

    • Emails sent directly from your external email to an ET Contact.

    • Replies to emails sent from your external email.

    • New emails sent from a Contact outside of ET.

    • Emails sent from ET but not associated with a Booking.

Important: If several users link the same email address, only the first user’s Event Temple account will receive email replies. For best results, each user should use their own unique email address.
