The Pickup by Sales Person report shows Blocked/Pickup guestroom count, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and guestroom revenue and groups them by salesperson for a given date range.
This report is useful for seeing slippage of blocked vs. pickup by Group block. The salesperson may utilize the report as a revenue production summary. Use the information to measure actual overage and slippage that affect goals.
This report offers filtering options to decide what is included in the report, including (but not limited to):
Occupancy Date
Arrival Date
Group Creation Date
Group Custom Fields
The salesperson or the salesperson's manager can use this report to measure if they are meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
How to Use the Pickup by Sales Person Report
Click on Report in the side navigation
Click on Pickup By Sales Person
Select Filters
Export As (CSV, HTML or PDF)
Click Download File
