This enhancement helps teams:
Track which room blocks still require final pickup
Identify PMS sync issues for integrated hotels
Improve reporting accuracy for actual room nights and revenue
The behavior of this checkbox differs depending on whether your property is PMS-integrated or non-integrated.
What Is Pickup Complete?
Pickup Complete is a flag on the Room Block that indicates final pickup has been entered and finalized.
For non-PMS integrated hotels, this is set manually.
For PMS-integrated hotels, this is automatically set based on PMS sync status and departure date.
Marking pickup as complete does not change booking status or workflows. It is used strictly for tracking and reporting.
How It Works
Non-PMS Integrated Hotels
For hotels that do not sync pickup from a PMS:
Open the Room Block
Click Edit
Check the Pickup Complete box once final pickup has been entered
This allows your team to manually confirm that pickup is finalized.
PMS-Integrated Hotels
For hotels with an active PMS integration:
The Pickup Complete checkbox is read-only
Users cannot manually edit this field
The checkbox behaves as follows:
Group is synced with PMS & has not yet departed
→ Pickup Complete is unchecked and read-onlyGroup is synced with PMS & departed at least 1 day ago
→ Pickup Complete is automatically checked and read-only
If pickup fails to sync from the PMS, the checkbox will remain unchecked—helping surface potential sync issues.

The Pickup Complete flag is now available as both a column and a filter in the following reports:
Booking List
Group Pickup by Salesperson
Room Block List
This allows you to:
Identify room blocks still awaiting final pickup
Spot PMS sync issues
Filter reports based on pickup completion status
