Overview
The Booking Status Change report provides insight into how bookings are progressing through your sales pipeline within your organization or on chain level. It shows when a booking’s status has changed and what the new status is, helping you track sales activity and measure performance over time.

Monitor all recent booking status changes.
Identify movement within your sales pipeline.
Track trends and lost opportunities.
How to Access the Report
Navigate to Reports from the main menu.
Select Booking Status Change from the list.
Use the filters at the top of the page to define your view.
Filtering and Grouping
You can refine your report to focus on specific information:
Status Change Date – Choose a custom or preset date range.
Group By – Organize the report by fields such as Assignee or Status Changed to
Add Filter – Narrow the results by additional criteria such as status, property, or account.
Columns Included
Each line of the report provides key booking details:
Column | Description |
Booking | Displays the booking name and number (clickable to open the record). |
Status Changed To | Shows the new status assigned to the booking. |
Booking Start Date | Indicates the start date of the event or stay. |
Booking End Date | Indicates the end date of the event or stay. |
Booking Type | Specifies the category of the booking. |
Market Segment | Identifies the market segment assigned. |
Assignee | Lists the team member responsible for the booking. |
Exporting Data
Click the Export button in the top-right corner to download your report in CSV, HTML or PDF format. This allows you to store records or share data with other departments for analysis.
