Group Sales Productivity Report

Measure individual salesperson productivity with the Group Sales Productivity report. Track group bookings, guestrooms, revenue, booking status, room blocks, and pipeline activity using customizable filters and export detailed results.

The Group Sales Productivity report measures the productivity of individual sales representatives by summarizing tentative and definite group bookings, guestrooms, and revenue. The report is based on the Assignee of each booking and is best used to evaluate an individual salesperson's performance rather than the performance of the entire sales team.


Default Filters

By default, the report includes the following filters:

  • Definite/Tentative Date (Relative Date or Custom Date)

  • Report Type:

    • Blocked Rooms

    • Contracted Rooms

    • Net Rooms

    • Pickup Rooms

Available Filters

You can further refine the report using the following filters:

  • Room Block Status

  • Booking Status

  • Booking

  • Arrival Date

  • Departure Date

  • Occupancy Date

  • Room Block Creation Date

  • Has Rooms

The report provides total revenue summaries grouped by Salesperson (User) and Group Status.

Important: By default, the report filters bookings based on booking status transition dates (such as when a booking became Tentative or Definite) rather than arrival dates. If the report does not display the expected results, review the default filters and adjust them to match your reporting requirements.


How to Use the Group Sales Productivity Report

  1. Click Reports from the side navigation.

  2. Select Group Sales Productivity.

  3. Click + Add to apply additional filters.

  4. Click Export As.

  5. Select your preferred export format (HTML or PDF) and time zone.

  6. Click Export.

Tip: Save your customized report by clicking Save View in the upper-right corner. Your selected filters will be available the next time you run the report.


Important Considerations

  • The salesperson displayed in the report is determined by the Assignee of the booking.

  • This report is intended to evaluate individual salesperson productivity.

  • To measure overall sales team performance against revenue goals, use the Group Pace report instead.

  • If expected bookings are missing, verify that the selected filters match the reporting criteria. In many cases, results are filtered by booking status transition dates rather than arrival dates.


Troubleshooting

No Data Returned

If no data is displayed:

  • Verify that bookings exist within the selected date range.

  • Confirm the selected booking status matches the report criteria.

  • Check whether the report is filtering by booking status transition dates instead of arrival dates.

Missing Bookings

If expected bookings are missing:

  • Review your filter settings and ensure they match your reporting needs.

  • Adjust the report to filter by arrival dates if appropriate.

  • Remove restrictive booking status filters if you need to include future or unconfirmed bookings.
