Overview

The Event Sales Productivity Report provides a detailed breakdown of event sales performance by salesperson. It tracks all Lead, Tentative, and Definite bookings within a chosen date range and summarizes revenue by category — allowing sales managers and teams to analyze productivity, conversion trends, and revenue contribution for each user.

This report is ideal for understanding how individual team members are performing and identifying opportunities to increase bookings and revenue.


Filters

You can customize the data displayed using the following filters at the top of the report:

  • Event Status – Filters out any events marked as Lost to focus on active or confirmed sales.

  • Booking Definite, Tentative, or Created At Date – Sets the reporting date range for bookings. You can choose between created, tentative, or definite booking dates.

  • + Add Filter – Allows you to include additional filters such as Event Type, User, or Account for more refined reporting.


Columns Explained

Each row in the report provides detailed information for a specific event under each salesperson. Below are the column definitions:

Event

The name of the event.

Event Status

Indicates whether the event is Lead, Tentative, or Definite.

Start Date

The date the event begins.

Date Created

The date the booking was originally created in the system.

Tentative Date

When the event was marked as Tentative.

Definite Date

When the event was marked as Definite.

Account

The client or organization associated with the booking.

Event Type

The classification of the event (e.g., Meeting, Breakfast, Wedding).

Expected

The expected number of attendees.

Food Revenue

Total revenue generated from food items.

Beverage Revenue

Total revenue generated from beverages.

AV Revenue

Total revenue from audiovisual services.

Setup Revenue

Revenue from room setup or configuration fees.

Miscellaneous Revenue

Any additional revenue that doesn’t fall into the other categories.

Room Rental Revenue

Revenue generated from room or venue rental.

Uncategorized Revenue

Any revenue that isn’t classified under the standard categories.

Total Revenue

The total combined revenue from all sources for the event.


Export Options

  • To view or share this report, click Export As... in the top-right corner.

  • You can export in various formats (e.g., PDF, Excel, or CSV) to review or share with management.

  • The exported version includes all selected filters and visible columns.


Example Use Case

A Sales Manager can use this report to:

  • Evaluate which sales representatives are generating the most Definite bookings.

  • Review booking conversion timelines (e.g., how long it takes for a lead to become definite).

  • Compare revenue performance across event types or accounts.

  • Identify high-performing event categories and potential growth opportunities.


Tips

  • Run this report monthly to measure team productivity and adjust goals accordingly.

  • Combine it with the Booking Financial Report for a complete revenue overview.

  • Use filters like Account or Event Type to analyze performance by market segment.
