The Top Accounts Report helps you identify which Accounts generated the highest expected revenue within a specified date range. This report is useful for understanding your key clients, tracking performance by market segment, and prioritizing future sales opportunities.
Accessing the Report
From the main navigation menu, click Reports.
Select Top Accounts from the list.
You’ll be directed to the Top Accounts Report page.
About This Report
This report ranks your Accounts by expected Total Revenue during the selected date range. It includes a breakdown of revenue and only considers Bookings that meet the following criteria:
The Booking has an Account assigned.
The Start Date falls within your chosen date range.
The Booking Status is Definite or Tentative.
Only Bookings with revenue in that period are shown.
Setting Filters
Filters help define which data appears in your report.
By default, two filters are applied:
Booking Start Date — defines the reporting range.
Booking Status — set to Definite and Tentative by default.
You can modify these filters to focus on specific date ranges or Booking types.
Generating the Report
Once you’ve selected the filters you want, click Export As... in the top-right corner.
Choose your preferred format (such as CSV or Excel).
Event Temple will generate your report based on your selected filters and download it directly to your device.

Tips & Best Practices
Ensure all Bookings are properly linked to an Account to appear in this report.
Update Booking statuses regularly to keep your Top Accounts data accurate.
Adjust the Booking Start Date range to analyze different reporting periods (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).
