How can I View Only my Assigned Bookings?

Event Temple makes it easy to filter bookings so you only see the ones assigned to you. This helps you stay organized and focus on your active accounts.


1. Go to the Bookings Page

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Bookings.

  2. You’ll see a list of all bookings in your organization, including leads, tentative, and definite bookings.


2. Use the “Assignee” Filter

At the top of the screen, you’ll find filter options such as View, Status, and Assignee.

  1. Click on the Assignee filter.

  2. From the dropdown, select Your Name (e.g., Val Brook).

  3. The list will instantly update to display only the bookings assigned to you.


3. (Optional) Save This View

If you regularly need to see just your bookings:

  1. Click the Save View button (disk icon).

  2. Choose Save As New View.

  3. Name it something like “My Bookings”.

  4. Next time you open Bookings, simply select this saved view to access your personalized list.


4. Export or Sort (Optional)

  • To download your bookings, click the Export button and choose CSV.

  • To sort by date, name, or status, click any column header (for example, Booking Start / End Date).


Result

Your bookings list will now show only those assigned to you, helping you manage follow-ups and progress more efficiently.
