Can I Report on Bookings With /Without a Room Block or With/Without an Event

Is There a Way to Mark a Booking as Group or Catering- Can I see a list of Bookings without Groups- How can I see all my Bookings with Groups

Step 1: Open the Booking List Report

  1. Go to Reports → Booking List.

  2. By default, the report will display all Bookings.

Step 2: Add Filters

To narrow down the results, click + Add Filter, then choose one of the following options:

Room Block Filters

  • Has Room Block → True → shows only Bookings that include a Room Block.

  • Has Room Block → False → shows only Bookings without a Room Block.

Event Filters

  • Has Event → True → shows only Bookings that include at least one Event.

  • Has Event → False → shows only Bookings without an Event.

You can use these filters individually or combine them to refine your report.

For example, you can combine filters such as Booking Status = Definite and a specific Booking Start Date range to focus on confirmed bookings within a particular timeframe.

Alternatively, to find all confirmed Bookings without Events within a specific timeframe:

  • Set Has Event = False

  • Set Booking Status = Definite

  • Specify a Booking Start Date range

  • Set Has Room Block = True

  • Set Has Event = False

Additionally, you can apply filters for Booking Status (e.g., set to "Definite") and Booking Start Date (specify a date range such as a specific year or custom range) to further refine your results.

Step 3: Customize Columns

Click the Columns icon (☰) to include helpful fields such as:

  • Booking Name

  • Booking Status

  • Account Name

  • Room Block Name

  • Total Revenue

This gives a more complete view of the data for review or export.

Step 4: Export Your Results

When your filters and columns are set, click Export → CSV to download your results.
This allows you to share or analyze the data outside of Event Temple.
