What Happens When I Delete An Email In Event Temple?

  • If I delete an email is it still attached in the booking?

Event Temple Web App

Answer:

When you delete an email from one area within Event Temple, it removes it entirely. Once an email is deleted, it is removed permanently & cannot be recovered.

To Delete an email

  1. From your Inbox or Sent folder, Click on the downwards arrow next to the email you would like to delete.

  2. Click on "Delete".

  3. A pop up will appear asking if you are sure you would like to delete the email.

  4. Click on OK to continue with deleting.

Additional Information:

  • Deleting an email out of Event Temple will not remove the email from your mail provider (eg Gmail)

  • Deleting an email from Event Temple will remove the email from their associated Bookings.
