How sending automated emails through Zapier applies to you

Using Zapier, an automated email can be sent in various situations. The most popular 'Triggers' for this are:
Whenever a new Booking is created
When a Booking is moved to a specific Pipeline
Emails sent are an 'Action' in Zapier and can be sent:
Internally, to single or multiple team members
To the Primary Contact on the Booking
To both guest & internal team members!

Zapier connects to many email providers, including Gmail, Outlook & Microsoft exchange.
We have created a few Zap templates, but you can also build a Zap from scratch depending on your requirements.
When creating triggers & actions, you can select from Event Temple fields, or enter in data, depending on what is relevant for the field.
Trigger
In the below example, the 'Trigger' is every time a Booking is moved to the New Lead Pipeline Stage
Action
In the below example, I am emailing the Contact from the Booking by selecting the Contact email field & BCCing in my front desk team by entering in their email address.
Once I've selected who to receives the email, I'm now able to customize the email subject & body using Event Temple fields & text
Some additional features you may like to take advantage of moving the email to a specific label/mailbox & adding attachments, such as a Menu or floor plan options.
