How do I Delete an Existing Menu or Menu Items?

Objective:

  • Remove my Menu Items

  • Clear out old Menus

Answer

Note: Any deletions made are permanent and cannot be recovered.

To Delete an entire Menu (this can only be deleted if there are no Menu Items in the Menu)

  1. Click on Settings from the left-hand sidebar

  2. Select Organization

  3. Click on Menus

  4. Find the Menu you wish to delete in the list

  5. Click on the Delete/Trash Icon on the right-hand side

  6. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click OK

To Delete Individual Menu Items

  1. Click on Settings from the left-hand sidebar

  2. Select Organization

  3. Click on Menus

  4. Click on the Menu that has the Items you wish to remove

  5. Find the Menu Item you wish to remove, from the drop-down select"delete"

  6. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click OK

To Bulk Delete Multiple Menu Items

  1. Click on Settings from the left-hand sidebar

  2. Select Organization

  3. Click on Menus

  4. Click on the the Menu that has the Items you wish to remove

  5. Check the boxes of the items you would like to delete (or select all using the top checkbox)

  6. Click on the Batch Actions and select Delete from the Action Dropdown

  7. Click Apply

  8. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click OK
