How to Archive Individual Items
Click on Settings from the left-hand sidebar
Select Organization
Click on Menus
Find the Menu with the items you wish to archive in the list
Click on that Menu Name
Find the item you wish to Archive in the list
From the picklist dropdown choose Archive and click apply
OR on the Archive button on the right-hand side
When prompted to confirm the action, click OK
How to Archive Multiple Items
Click on Settings from the left-hand sidebar
Select Organization
Click on Menus
Find the Menu with the items you wish to archive in the list
Click on that Menu Name
Select the checkboxes next to the items you wish to archive / Select the top checkbox to select all items on the page
Click Batch Action and select Archive from the actions dropdown at the top of the list
Click Apply
When prompted to confirm the action, click OK
Viewing and Unarchiving Menu Items
Click on Settings from the left-hand sidebar
Select Organization
Click on Menus
Find the Menu with the archived items in the list
Click on that Menu Name
Scroll to the Filters at the top of the list
Change Included Archived is to True and click apply
The Archived Items will populate at the top of the list
Select the Items you wish to Unarchive
Click the dropdown picklist and select Unarchive
Click apply
When prompted to confirm the action, click OK
