Answer:
To delete a Sub-Menu option:
Click Settings
Click Organization
Click Menus
Click on the number underneath the Sub Menus Column that corresponds to the Menu
Click the Trash icon to the right of the Sub-Menu option you want to remove
Click Delete to confirm
Note: Sub-Menu options cannot be deleted if they are currently being used on Menu Items in the corresponding Menu. You can choose to first remove the Sub-Menu from the existing items.
