How Do I Remove Menu Items From an Invoice?

You can easily remove individual Menu Items from an Invoice in Event Temple. When doing so, you’ll have the option to also remove them from the Booking—depending on your reporting needs.


Steps to Remove a Menu Item from an Invoice

  1. Open the relevant Invoice.

  2. Locate the Menu Item you wish to remove.

  3. Click the Trash icon 🗑️ beside the item.

  4. A prompt will appear asking if you also want to delete the Menu Item from the Booking.


Important Consideration

If you're using the Menu Item for revenue reporting at the Booking level, we recommend that you do not delete it from the Booking.
Simply remove it from the Invoice to exclude it from billing while still retaining the data.
