Answer:

The default number for the Daily Email limit is whatever is suggested by your email provider, Event Temple works as a passthrough for your email provider.

When the daily email limit is reached, remaining emails will appear as Scheduled, and will be sent when it will fit within your Daily Email Limits, so sometimes it may take multiple days if you are sending a bulk email.

In your Email Settings is where you'll see Event Temples Daily Email Limit. It is a number you can modify to be anywhere between 1 and 1000.

To change your Event Temple daily email limit:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Under Personall Settings, Click Email

  3. Under Other Settings, Click Edit

  4. Under Daily Email Limit enter a new number

  5. Click Save

Additional Information

Outlook restricts you to 10,000 daily recipients. This limit works on a rolling timer, rather than a daily timer which means that your Outlook email recipient limits will reset 24-hours after you've reached them, rather than at 12 a.m. the next day.

For Gmail, sending limits can change without notice. Limits per day are applied over a rolling 24-hour period, not a set time of day.

If you are still being limited at the initial cap you will have to contact your email service provider (eg Gmail, Outlook, etc...), as Event Temple cannot control restrictions your service provider may be putting on your email capabilities.

The limit is based on your email account per day (ie if you have access to 5 organizations in Event Temple, you do not have a limit 1000 x 5)
