This can cause issues such as internal server errors, login problems, or difficulty accessing bookings and other records. In most cases, service is restored once the provider resolves the outage.
Refresh the page
Most issues are temporary and related to recent updates. In many cases, simply refreshing the page or signing out and back in will resolve the problem by forcing your browser to load the latest version of Event Temple.
Clear your cache
Clearing your cache removes outdated or corrupted data, ensuring your browser loads the latest version of Event Temple and often resolving common access issues.
Try Incognito Mode
Please try opening Event Temple in an incognito/private window, as this can help determine whether browser cache or extensions are causing the problem.

You can check our Status Page for any active outages or known issues, as it’s kept up to date with the latest information.
During an outage, no action is usually required— such as resetting your password or re-entering data unless support specifically advises it. In most cases, the best approach is simply to wait for resolution.
