Having trouble logging in, receiving password reset emails, or notifications from Event Temple? This guide walks you through the steps to reset your password, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure your account is active.


1. Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Event Temple login page.

  2. Click “Forgot your password?”

  3. Enter the email linked to your account.

  4. Click “Send me reset password instructions.”

  5. Open the email and follow the instructions.

Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.


2. Create a New Password

  • Log in using the temporary password from the email.

  • You’ll be prompted to set a new password.

Password Requirements:

  • At least 12 characters

  • 1 uppercase letter

  • 1 lowercase letter

  • 1 number

  • 1 symbol

Important Notes:

  • Reset links expire when:

    • You request a new link

    • You successfully reset your password

    • 6 hours pass after the link is generated

  • Support cannot access or reset your password — resets must be done via the login page.


3. Troubleshoot Password and Email Issues

Check Your Inbox and Spam Folder

  • Automated emails may be blocked or flagged as spam.

  • For Gmail, verify messages from notifications@eventtemple.com and click “Looks safe” if flagged.

  • Refresh your email if links don’t appear correctly.

Whitelist Event Temple Emails

Add notifications@eventtemple.com to your safe sender list. This helps ensure:

  • Future notifications are delivered

  • Password reset emails aren’t blocked or delayed

After whitelisting, try requesting a password reset again.

Verify Your Account Is Active

  • Deactivated accounts cannot receive password reset emails.

  • Ask an admin to confirm your account status if unsure.

Double-Check Your Email Address

  • Typos can prevent delivery. Ensure the email entered on the login page matches your Event Temple account.

Contact Support if Needed

If you’ve tried all steps and still don’t receive emails or your reset link isn’t working, contact support@eventtemple.com or use the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.

  • Always check Spam/Junk after requesting a reset.

  • Gmail and other providers may hide links or flag messages as dangerous — verify the sender.

  • Performing a reset after whitelisting usually resolves most delivery issues.
