Why is Event Temple Slow to Load?

If Event Temple is running slowly or displaying incorrectly (e.g. buttons missing, pages not loading), clearing your browser’s cache and cookies often fixes the issue.

Additionally, these issues can sometimes persist even after the resolution of a broader incident, requiring specific steps to troubleshoot residual errors. Many of these issues arise due to cached data that conflicts with recent platform updates, highlighting the importance of regular cache clearing.


How to Clear Cache & Cookies

Choose your browser for step-by-step instructions:

💡 Tip: After clearing your cache, fully close and reopen your browser before logging back in. After completing these steps, monitor the application’s performance to ensure the issue is resolved.

For persistent issues, try performing a hard refresh of your browser. This reloads resources from the server, potentially resolving slowness or glitches.

If the steps above don’t resolve the issue:

  1. Gather more information by creating a screen recording that illustrates the slowness issue and key actions leading up to it.

  2. Share the recording with Event Temple’s support team along with a detailed description of the problem. Documenting the issue thoroughly helps our team identify and resolve the problem effectively. Hard refresh is especially effective after platform updates or when specific resources fail to load correctly.
