How to Access Event Temple

Event Temple is cloud-based, so there’s no software to install. You can log in from any web browser, though we recommend Google Chrome for the best experience.

🔑 How to Log In

When your user account is created, you’ll receive an email with a temporary password setup link.

  1. Enter your email address, then click Next

  2. Enter your password, then click Login

💡 Tip: Bookmark the login page for quick access later.


Resetting Your Password

Admins can’t reset passwords for other users, but you can reset your own anytime.

Important: Log out of Event Temple before using the reset link to ensure it works correctly.

Steps:

  1. Click Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your email address, then click Send me password reset instructions

  3. Open the email and click Change my password

  4. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Change my password

💡 Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the reset email.


If You Didn’t Receive the Reset Email

Try these steps before contacting support:

  • ✅ Verify your email address is active and linked to your account

  • 📬 Check all mail folders, including spam and aliases

  • 🕵️ Try again in an incognito/private window

  • 📧 If still not received, contact support@eventtemple.com


Remembered Your Password?

If you requested a reset but now recall your password, simply ignore the email.
Your password won’t change unless you complete the reset process.


Changing Your Password (While Logged In)

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner

  2. Select Profile

  3. Click Edit

  4. Enter your current password

  5. Enter and confirm your new password

  6. Click Save


Troubleshooting Login Issues

Even with correct credentials, login problems can occur due to network or firewall restrictions.
If api.eventtemple.com is blocked, login attempts may fail.
