Event Temple is cloud-based—there’s no software to install! You can log in from any web browser, but we recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
Logging In
When your user account is created, you'll receive an email with a temporary password setup link.
To log in:
Go to app.eventtemple.com
Enter your email address, then click Next
Enter your password, then click Login
💡 Tip: Bookmark the login page for quick access later.
Resetting Your Password
Admins can’t reset passwords for other users—but you can reset your own anytime.
Note: Ensure you are logged out of Event Temple before accessing the reset link. This ensures the process functions correctly without active session interference.
To reset your password:
Go to app.eventtemple.com
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address, then click Send me password reset instructions
Open the email and click Change my password
Enter and confirm your new password, then click Change my password
💡 Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email. If the email isn’t in the spam/junk folder, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Verify your email address is active and correctly associated with your account.
Check for the password reset email in other folders or possibly under aliases.
Attempt using an incognito browser window to complete the process.
Consult Event Temple support for further assistance if the reset email remains undelivered: support@eventtemple.com.
Remembered Your Password?
If you requested a reset but now remember your password—no worries! Your password won’t change unless you complete the reset steps. You can ignore the email and log in normally.
Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues
If you encounter difficulties receiving the password reset email, follow these steps:
Verify Your Email Address:
Double-check that the entered email address is correct and matches your Event Temple account.
Inspect Spam/Junk Folders:
Sometimes password reset emails are misclassified as spam.
Try Incognito Browsing:
Open the reset URL in an incognito/private browsing window.
Review Account Configurations:
Check if email aliases or multiple accounts are affecting delivery.
Contact Support:
For persistent issues, contact Event Temple support to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Changing Your Password (While Logged In)
To update your password:
Click your name in the top-right corner
Select Change Password
Enter your current password
Enter and confirm your new password
Click Update
