Troubleshooting Login Issues

Resolving Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Issues

If you are unable to log in due to problems with receiving or entering your MFA code, follow these steps:

  • Temporary MFA Disablement: If your authentication app is not providing the MFA code or you are not receiving the code via email, an administrator can temporarily disable MFA for your account. Once disabled, you should be able to log in. After logging in, clear your browser cache and refresh the page to ensure smooth access.

  • Avoid Repeated MFA Prompts: If you are repeatedly asked for an MFA code, disabling MFA on your account can resolve the issue. After the change, refresh your browser to ensure the update takes effect.
