Deactivating a user keeps them as the Assignee of their bookings. Incomplete workflows are not automatically reassigned. To prevent issues:
Open the Booking Details of a booking needing reassignment.
Click the Booking Assignee in the top-right.
Select the new assignee and check “Reassign workflow tasks to this user.”
Click Apply and repeat for each booking with active workflows.
Important:
Batch updating assigned users does not reassign workflow tasks.
Deleting a user removes their record permanently; you must reassign all bookings during deletion.
