Procedure:
The Assignee of a Booking can be updated one at a time from the Booking Summary page or multiple Bookings at a time from the Bookings List or Pipeline.
Update an Individual Booking
Click the Assignees Name in the upper right-hand side
Select the new User from the drop-down
Choose whether or not to re-assign Workflow Tasks
Click Submit
Update Multiple Bookings
Go to the Bookings List or Bookings Pipeline
Optional Add any relevant Filters to narrow down your List
Use the checkboxes to Select which Bookings you want to re-assign
From the Batch Action Menu, select Update
Select Assigned to
Select the User
Click Save
Additional Information:
The new assignee will receive an email notification advising them the Booking/s have been assigned to them.
Workflows & their associated Tasks are automatically assigned to whoever is assigned to the Booking.
Any Tasks associated with the Workflow (whether they have been created or not) will be re-assigned to the new assignee.
Workflows are not available to all Organizations, so the Workflow tasks step may not be visible.
Lists are shown 25 at a time, if there are more than 25 results, you will need to perform the re-assignment multiple times.
