Answer:
When you re-assign a Booking to a different Event Temple user the following happens:
The new assignee will receive an email notification advising them the Booking/s have been assigned to them.
Workflows & their associated Tasks are automatically assigned to whoever is assigned to the Booking.
Any Tasks associated with the Workflow (whether they have been created or not) will be re-assigned to the new assignee.
When running reports, the Booking will now belong to the new assignee
