Document and Email Templates — Supported Fonts and Formatting

Learn about supported fonts in Event Temple document and email templates. You can’t import new fonts, but can use default options like Arial, Roboto, and Lora, and paste formatted text for consistent branding.

You cannot currently import or upload custom fonts into Event Temple. However, several default fonts are available for use:

Available Fonts:
Arial, Georgia, Impact, Tahoma, Times New Roman, Verdana, Calibri, Open Sans, Roboto, Roboto Mono, Lora, Indie Flower, Poiret One, Marck Script, Nothing You Could Do, Italianno.

Document Templates:

  • You can copy and paste formatted text into Text Elements to match your preferred style.

  • Other elements—such as Menu Items, Events, Spaces, and Room Blocks—are limited to the default system fonts.

Email Templates:

  • Share the same font options.

  • You can paste formatted text into templates and insert Merge Fields using the same font style.
