1. Open the Document Template
Go to Settings → Templates & Files → Document Templates.
Select the document template you’d like to edit.
Click into the template to open the preview and editing screen.
2. Locate the Styles Panel
On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll see two tabs:
Elements – where you add new content (text boxes, images, signatures, etc.)
Styles – where you control the visual formatting
Click on Styles to open the font settings.
3. Choose a Font Family
Under Font Family, click the dropdown to select a font from the available list.
Common options include:
Open Sans
Arial
Calibri
Times New Roman
Once selected, the chosen font will apply to all text across the document.
4. Adjust Font Colour
Below Font Family, you’ll find the Colour field.
Click the colour box (default:
#000000) to open the colour picker.Choose a new colour or enter a specific hex code.
All text in the document will update to the selected colour.
5. Save Your Changes
When you’re done customizing, click Save in the upper right corner of the editor.
The changes will immediately apply to that document template and any new documents created from it.
Note:
The font and colour settings in the Styles tab apply globally to the entire template.
If you need to style individual sections differently, you can use Text Box elements under the Elements tab and apply formatting within each box.
