Within a Text Box document element
Enter Edit Mode
Double click inside any Text Box to open the editing toolbar.
The toolbar will appear at the top of the editor, showing text formatting options (bold, italic, alignment, font, etc.).
Select the Font Family
Click the Font Family dropdown in the toolbar.
Choose from the available fonts (e.g., Arial, Calibri, Open Sans, Roboto, Verdana, Times New Roman).
The selected font will immediately apply to the highlighted text or the section you’re typing in.
Adjust Font Size or Style (Optional)
Use the Font Size (A↑ / A↓) buttons to increase or decrease size.
Apply Bold, Italic, or Underline as needed.
Save Your Changes
Click Apply to confirm edits in that section.
Then click Save in the top toolbar to update the document.
Tips
To apply a new font to all text, select all (Ctrl + A or Command + A) before changing the font family.
Use consistent fonts across your templates for a professional, uniform look.
Font changes affect only the section you’re editing—repeat for other sections as needed.

Steps
Open the Document
Go to your Booking → Documents tab.
Open the document you want to edit.
If it’s marked as Completed, click Edit to change it back to Draft mode.
Click the Edit button or Double Click
Hover over the section you want to adjust (for example, “Room Block” or “Menu List”).
Click the Edit button on the right-hand side to open the settings panel (like the one shown on your screen).
Locate the “Font Size” Dropdown
In the Styles section near the top, find the field labeled Font Size.
Click the dropdown to choose your preferred size (for example: Small, Normal, Large, Extra Large).
Apply Changes
Once selected, click the Apply button in the top-right corner.
Then click Save in the document toolbar to update the document.
Preview the Changes
Click Preview at the top to see how your new font size appears in the final version.
Additional Information
If you would like the change to be applicable for future use, ensure the changes are done within your Document Template.
