Email Templates are pre-populated and are very useful when reusing the same structure and content in your email communications. These templates use a merge functionality to pull in fields from across Event Temple and populate an email.
Creating templates for the emails you regularly send can be a great way to improve efficiency, avoid double handling, and guarantee personalized communications across all Bookings.
Email Templates are also used in Workflows to automatically email customers at specific dates based on the parameters you have given in the Workflow.

Important Considerations about Email Templates
Important Considerations about Email Templates
Emails without images and formatting are much less likely to go to spam and receive a much higher reply rate.
To make the email feel natural, we recommend keeping it plain text without any font changes or images.
We recommend keeping email templates short and to the point, with 3-4 sentences, a clear next step you expect from your customer, and correct, intuitive, and easy-to-understand email template names so that your staff instantly knows what to use the template for.
In the beginning, create 3-4 email templates that your team will actually use.
